Shipping & Returns
Domestic Orders
All orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your order. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 5pm EST will continue processing on the following business day.
International Customs Regulations on orders
The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order is submitted there will be no returns or exchanges accepted. Please report any issues with an order within 10 days of delivery date to ensure appropriate resolution.
